Printco Industries announces buy-out
Printco Industries LLC, of Pulaski, WI, has announced a management buy-out from its parent company, Industrial Engraving. The acquisition consisted of local investors, including some members of Printco’s sales and management staff.
The company, founded in 1983, manufactures chambered doctor blade systems, machine upgrades and other rebuilds, as well as new printing and coating machinery.
